I want to download some meeting recordings, for a meeting organized by someone else. I don't see the option to download as I was not the organizer. Was this reply helpful? I want to download the file and save it locally since our settings delete videos after 30 days.

Tech Independent Advisor. Hi My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor. Are you sure the meeting organizer has recorded the meeting? Can you find the recording video you are looking for?
First of all, please go to the recording folder on the Files tab in the channel and see if you can find the recording video. However, If you still can't find the files in the recording video then probably the recording video has been deleted, please go to SharePoint see screenshot below then go to the recycle bin. Do you see any deleted recording files there?
If yes you can restore it. As long as the deleted recording video still exists in the recycle bin, you can restore it otherwise you can't Disclaimer: This is a peer-to-peer support forum.
